1. Eligibility for Return

Products not eligible for return:

  • Perfumes
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

Returned items must be:

  • Unused & in original condition
  • With all tags, box, and packaging
  • Not damaged or stained

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the product:

  • Refund is processed within 3–7 working days
  • Refund is issued to your original payment method (Razorpay)
  • For Cash on Delivery or Pay on Pickup, refund (if applicable) will be processed to your bank account.

5. Replacement Policy

If you wish to exchange the product:

  • Replacement will be arranged depending on stock availability.

6. Wrong / Defective Product

In case you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Share unboxing video and photos
  • We will provide a free replacement or refund

7. Non-Returnable Items
